The architect brought Urban Pot in to supply 20 custom aluminum planters for their own renovated residence in Boulder, Colorado.
A Custom Planter System Designed To Fit The Home
Working from the architect’s plans, Urban Pot built 20 planters in five distinct configurations, each sized for its place on the property.
Compact planters: 6 units at 18″ × 18″ × 17″ H (45.7 × 45.7 × 43.2 cm)
Mid-length planters: 5 units at 36″ × 18″ × 17″ H (91.4 × 45.7 × 43.2 cm)
Long planters: 6 units at 60″ × 18″ × 17″ H (152.4 × 45.7 × 43.2 cm)
Extra-long planters: 2 units at 66″ × 18″ × 17″ H (167.6 × 45.7 × 43.2 cm)
Extra-long planter with extension: 1 unit at 66″ × 18″ × 17″ H (167.6 × 45.7 × 43.2 cm), with an 18″ × 18″ triangular extension (45.7 × 45.7 cm)
Fabricated in aluminum and built to order, the planters are made to stand up to Colorado’s four-season climate while keeping a clean, consistent look across the property. The result is a cohesive planter system that frames the outdoor living spaces and reflects the architect’s attention to detail.
