When a world-renowned brand like RH (Restaurant Hardware) designs a gallery, every detail must be a work of art. Urban Pot was selected to manufacture the custom planters for the prestigious locations in Birmingham (Detroit) and Montreal .
This project pushes the boundaries of manufacturing: massive parts, surgical precision and a finish perfectly integrated into RH's architecture.
The Technical Challenge: Extraordinary and Monolithic Dimensions
RH's vision demanded clean lines, without visible joints, even over long distances. Urban Pot met the challenge by producing 17-foot-long units in a single piece , thus eliminating any visual interruption.

HR Montreal
A large-scale deployment including record-breaking pieces:
Giant Units (PL-2): (8) 206" x 72" x 36" H bins — manufactured in one piece with integrated lattice.
The Green Wall (PL-8): (2) monumental structures of 715 5/8" (nearly 60 feet) , designed in 7 precision sections for perfect alignment.
Architectural Diversity: More than 20 other units (PL-1, PL-3, PL-4 series) with decorative moldings and custom lattice systems.
RH Detroit (The Gallery in Birmingham)
An aesthetic focused on rhythm and verticality:
(8) PL-1 Units: 182" x 48" x 30" H , all produced in one piece .
Signature Finish: Integration of intricate moldings and trelliswork to support the brand's iconic espaliered trees.
